Patient safety & comfort
Dr. Threadgill and his highly trained staff are qualified to safely administer anesthesia to provide the most comfortable experience during surgery. We offer the options of sedation and General anesthesia. IV sedation or “twilight sleep” ensures you are comfortable and calm throughout the procedure. An anesthesiologist is available for when a full general anesthetic is required, which is helpful in longer procedures and for our pediatric patients.
Dr. Threadgill is board certified and maintains both ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) and PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certifications. All his surgical staff maintains their certification in BLS (Basic Life Support)
All our offices have been credentialed for anesthesia by the Georgia Board of Dentistry and Dr. Threadgill serves as an evaluator for the Georgia Board to certify other dentist and oral surgeons for approval of anesthesia permits.
