Dental Implants

Dental implants look, feel and function like natural teeth and are widely recognized as the best replacement method of missing teeth. Dental implants are made from titanium and placed by Dr. Threadgill. Once the implants have healed your dentist can then place the final restoration.

Dr. Threadgill is proud to offer safe, comfortable and affordable dental implant experience to his patients with the help of cutting edge technology and utilization of the latest techniques.

Anterior Implants

Same Day Single Implant & Tooth

Replacing missing front teeth can be one of the more difficult challenges in dentistry. Careful attention must be made to the surrounding bone, gingival tissue and position of the dental implant. Proper placement and surgical planning allows for an esthetic restoration that mimics the surrounding teeth.

Dr. Threadgill offers the ability to place a “same day” provisional crown on the implant the day of surgery. This allows for improved tissue contour and the comfort of not having to wear a traditional-removable flipper during healing.

Immediate Molar Implants

Immediate implants are implants that are placed at the time of extraction and have been shown to help maintain proper tissue contour and decrease the amount of treatment time.

Dr. Threadgill places immediate implants when appropriate which eliminates the need for a second surgical procedure and increases patient comfort and satisfaction.

– All on Four
– Teeth in a day
– DIEM

Complete restoration of the mouth can be accomplished with dental implants in a single appointment. Dr. Threadgill uses the latest technology to plan the procedure virtually before surgery which decreases surgical time, improves implant placement and provides optimal prosthetics. Ask Dr. Threadgill if you are a candidate for this procedure.

– Bone grafting
– Sinus Lift
– Block Grafting

Over time, the jawbone associated with missing teeth is reabsorbed. This often leaves a condition in which there is not enough bone suitable for placement of dental implants.

A sinus lift seeks to grow bone in the floor of the maxillary sinus above the bony ridge of the gum line. By strengthening and growing bone in this location, dental implants can be placed and secured in the new bone growth.

Dr. Threadgill uses different bone grafting techniques, types of bone and growth factors to grow bone based on each specific patients’ clinical needs.
